To be eligible, returned products must be:

- New and resaleable.
- Sent to the designated return address provided through the official return process.
Opened or used products are not eligible for refund under the 30-day return policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless support confirms otherwise for an issue caused by our side.
