If tracking shows your return was delivered but you have not received your refund, contact support with your order number and return tracking number.
After the return reaches the designated facility, the returned product is inspected. Inspection usually takes 7–14 business days. Once approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–20 business days.
