Cancellation and change requests are time-sensitive. You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not already shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change or cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can follow the return process after delivery if your product is eligible.
